Terms and Conditions

Prices on this website will be subject to alterations without notice. Goods will be invoiced at the price relevant at the time of order. All prices quoted on this website are GBP and include VAT at the UK national rate.
Payment in cleared funds must be made in full for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted and processed. We will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to the email address you have provided. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
UK Deliveries

Flues Direct carry substantial quantities of stock, spares and accessories and will notify you by email upon the progress of your order.

Most orders will be processed, dispatched and delivered within 3-5 working days. Some products can be delivered via Express delivery within 48 hours by request but there may be an additional charge. 

Express delivery is available on orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday.

Urgent deliveries required within 24 hours need to be arranged through our sales office Monday to Saturday telephone 0044 (0) 191 4974298 and will depend upon product availability and your location. Extra charges may apply.

Special arrangements may be required if the weight of your product or combined products exceeds 25kgs or if any of the products are of a vulnerable nature. If necessary we will contact you to assist in the arrangement of these types of delivery.

If an order includes a mixture of products, goods will normally be dispatched only when the full order becomes available. Part deliveries can, however, be dispatched by request and back-order products will follow when they become available.

Flues Direct reserve the right to delay any delivery due to stock or supply issues or due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, breakdown, road conditions or industrial action. Flues Direct will accept no liability for any costs, losses or expenses incurred due to a late or non-delivery.

Notification of non-delivery of goods should be notified to ourselves within 3 days from the date of dispatch. No allowance can be made for any claim of labour, transport charges or any consequential expenses unless agreed beforehand in writing.

Goods received in error or in an unacceptable condition should be notified to our sales office Monday to Saturday telephone 0044 (0) 191 4974298 and within 24 hours of delivery or as soon as practicable thereafter. 

Deliveries Outside the UK

Purchases for delivery outside the UK may need special arrangements and be subject to additional carriage charges, varying tax systems and maybe subject to currency fluctuation. Flues Direct will liaise with the purchaser before dispatch of the goods to clarify the delivery arrangements and full costs.

Returns & Refunds

Goods maybe returned to Flues Direct within 30 days of delivery providing they are in a new and unused condition. Returned items must be packaged using the original packaging where possible and packaged to a similar protective standard.

Goods should not be returned to our premises without previous notification and our consent in writing. Responsibility will not be accepted for any goods returned without such consent. Communications should be sent by email to or through our sales office Monday to Saturday telephone 0044 (0) 191 4974298.

Upon arrival of expected goods, in a satisfactory condition, a full refund will be given. Refunds will be notified via email and will normally be processed within 10 working days after arrival of the returned item.

If goods are returned because they have been sent in error or have arrived in an unacceptable condition, Flues Direct will pay for carriage costs and arrange collection.

Some products may have special returns policies and these will be advised where appropriate.

Cancellation of Contract 

Flues Direct reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, have difficulties delivering to your area or the goods you ordered were listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
If we cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit your account any sum deducted. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for any disappointment suffered.
Withdrawal of Product
Flues Direct reserves the right to withdraw products, change designs, specifications or materials without prior notice due to continuous product development or supply issues.
